Healthcare Management System Implementation is designed to train Healthcare professionals the flexible approaches to ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System, (QMS) Implementation. This course demonstrates the ISO, QMS as an infrastructure to business and identifies the benefits of a system approach to quality. This course is taught in a manner that enables the participants to apply and implement the ISO and NIAHO® Requirements in a system approach to accreditation. 

Who Should Attend: 

Anyone that needs to relate the NIAHO® Accreditation Requirements to their organization for the purposes of Management Systems implementation. Prior knowledge of DNV GL Healthcare’s Accreditation platform, ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems is beneficial but not required to attend this session.
