The world’s leading not-for-profit professional association for the project management profession, Project Management Institute (PMI), has signed a three year exclusive global contract with DNV.
The contract gives DNV Certification the rights for development and global delivery of ancillary products and services around PMI's OPM3® Standard. The three elements certification, tools and services will be delivered under the umbrella called OPM3® ProductSuite.
The Organisational Project Management Maturity Models (OPM3), launched in 2003, is designed to help organisations align strategic project goals and help them understand their organisational project management maturity. OPM3 also provides guidance to help organisations plan projects to improve their maturity while conserving resources.
