The Energy International Trainee Programme is a two-year on-the-job training programme.

After an introduction course at the DNV head office in Høvik, outside Oslo, trainees will complete three modules of eight months each:

• Period 1: training in the home region
• Period 2: training in a region abroad
• Period 3: training in the home region, but in another office/unit than during period 1.

After completion of the two-year trainee programme, participants start working in their home region. In the longer term, they may choose to pursue international career opportunities within DNV.
